What can I possibly say about Callie & Patrick’s Napa Valley private estate wedding that would do it justice? From stunning to gorgeous to just wow, everything about this day was a wedding photographer’s dream. The day started with the party-like atmosphere in Callie’s getting ready suite on property, with dancing and singing, and celebrations already in full swing. Special moments occurred naturally and without force, and even though there was so much to capture, there was never a sense of rush – there was plenty of extra time padded into the timeline for all (thank you planner extraordinaire Sharon Burns!) Then came Callie & Patrick’s first look at the very location their ceremony would be later in the day, and a ceremony itself that was truly special, heartfelt, and real. I cried, too 🙂 Dinner had the feeing of a happy family gathering, and the toasts were hilarious, meaningful and perfect. A little sun-chasing for vineyard sunset portraits, followed by a transition to an entirely new location – Tre Posti in St. Helena – for cake and dancing, where the party started in full swing! And through it all, Callie and Patrick were smiles, happiness, graciousness, and love. Again, what can I say that will do this day justice? Only one thing – wow. Congratulations, C & P!!
