My husband and I opted to go with a first look so that we could enjoy the cocktail hour with our guests. Jen found the perfect spot at our venue for it and captured what was an incredibly emotional moment for my husband and I without us even noticing her. We have been to so many weddings where the photographer seemed very invasive and in the way and Jen was the exact opposite. She seamlessly integrated herself into the crowds to get the shots she needed and most of the time we didn't even realize she was there shooting until we saw the photos later. Photography was the most important aspect of our Napa elopement to my husband and I, as we wanted to be able to share those moments with our family and friends who would not be attending. Of all the photographers we contacted, Jen was the most impressive. She was friendly and prompt on the phone, her website was easy to navigate and well designed, and her photos were stunning and looked anything but staged. Neither me nor my husband had ever been on a photo shoot and we wanted someone who would make us feel at ease and make our photos look as natural as possible.
